Ball & Chain is one of the animal-themed microgames featured in Kat & Ana's stage, in WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase.

Gameplay[edit]

There is a dog and a ball. The player must throw the ball to make the dog catch it. If the dog does not catch the ball or if time runs out and the player didn't throw the ball, the game ends in a loss.

Naming[edit]

A "ball and chain" is a type of shackle consisting of a leg cuff with a heavy metal ball affixed with chains; here it is used as a pun on the dog's tennis ball, and the dog being chained to a post.
