Nigel B. Whistlebottoms are cops in the Smithsnorian Museum in the game Wario: Master of Disguise. They are very common, and when they spot Wario, they blow a whistle and alert other cops and tell them to come in the room. Other cops (Officer Kicksworth, Sergeant Houndstooth and Dave the police dog) come in the room and try to defeat Wario. In-game Description

This guard is descended from a proud family of watchmen who have been locked in a bitter struggle with the Cannoli clan since time immemorial.
