Lean, Mean Ravine is a 2-vs.-2 minigame in Mario Party 8. Its name is a pun on the saying "lean, mean machine."

Introduction[edit]

The camera faces both teams of two players in their respective hovercrafts before panning behind them, at which point the screen splits in half (one half per team) and the game begins.

Gameplay[edit]

The Wii Remote is held sideways to play this minigame.
