Bunmawashi Dolls are enemies that only appear in Yoshi's Crafted World; specifically in the level, Be Afraid of the Dark.

Bunmawashi Dolls are yarn, clown-like dolls that will try to attack Yoshi with an axe. They constantly walk around with drooping hands, occasionally looking around if Yoshi is near them.
