Beach Burts are inner tube-wearing Burts that appear in Yoshi's Crafted World. They only appear in the battle against Burt the Ball in the level Burt's Bouncy Battle. When Burt the Ball is hit, five of them appear at a time in the water and start throwing beach balls at Yoshi under the orders of Burt the Ball.
A Super Rare Beach Burt costume can also be randomly obtained at Chilly-Hot Isles for 200 coins.
