Template:Redirectshere Blooper Beach is one of the seven boards in Mario Party 9. The players ride a boat-like vehicle. The mid-boss here which is fought through a boss fort is a giant Cheep-Cheep while the boss which is fought through a Bowser Gate is Blooper. Most of the board's gimmicks have to do with the sea.

The players start on the shore and head into the boat that sails into the sea, in which many events take place. Players may pass a Dolphin which hands out five Mini Stars to the captain who passes it. After the Dolphin has been passed a Sushi appears. The Sushi moves four spaces each turn. If the Sushi reaches the captain, it will take half of his or her Mini Stars, and after the Sushi has attacked the Dolphin will appear again. If the Captain lands on an Event Space on the second half of the board, Huckit Crabs will then change all Mini Stars to Mini Ztars or back again. Eventually players arrive at the boss fort where they fight a mid-boss (Cheep-Cheep in solo mode). After that, the players cruise through the sea avoiding bad events. They eventually reach a large and strange rock where the Bowser Gate and a stage boss (Blooper in solo mode) will await them.

The characters ride a boat on this board. The vehicle available from the start is the Sub Baleen. The Coral Explorer and the Blooper Boat can be purchased from the Museum for 200 Party Points each.

Sunken Treasure

Sunken Treasure is the Captain Event for this board. In this event, the players leave their team vehicle and board diving platforms filled with Mini Stars. Depending on which path the players take, it is possible to play this Captain Event either once or twice.

Each player will roll a 1-6 Dice Block, a 1-2-3 Dice Block, and a 4-5-6 Dice Block. The captain chooses the order, which is the same for all players. The goal is to reach the top after rolling all three dice, but a player who lands on an Unlucky Space will lose five Mini Stars. The paths are identical for every player other than the captain, who has a path of the same length but with fewer Unlucky Spaces. Every player who reaches the top will earn as many Mini Stars as there are remaining in his or her basket.

The most Mini Stars a single player can earn in this Captain Event is 10 the first time they play and 15 during the optional second, and the least is zero.

Cheep-Cheep Boss Battle

The battle starts out showing the players plummet underwater. Cheep-Cheep arrives which initiates battle. The players must grab shells that are in bubbles and throw them at the boss while avoiding his sudden dashes into the players. Once Cheep-Cheep is at orange health, he gets faster and swims high up and tries to crush the players.

Blooper Boss Battle

The players are on a pirate ship holding cannons when a whirlpool appears and Blooper jumps out of it. The players must then shoot Blooper with their cannons. Blooper throws Urchins at them which they must shoot if they don't want to lose points. Once Blooper has lost half of his health, the Urchins bounce of shots and keep heading towards the players even when shot. The Urchins can only be destroyed if shot three times.
