Climb and Fall[1] is an e-Reader level in the Mario vs. Donkey Kong-e mode of Mario vs. Donkey Kong. It was distributed through an e-Reader card given to given to attendees of the 20th Next Generation World Hobby Fair in June 2004.[2]

Overview[edit]

The level starts with the red Color Switch activated, and features red ladders and platforms on the right side, while blue ladders and platforms are on the right side. Mario can press the blue Color Switch to obtain the yellow and blue presents more easily, although this is not strictly necessary. Fireballs roam across the level, but they can be defeated with hammers. Mario must reach the top of the level to press a yellow Color Switch and reveal the key. This activates a separate structure of yellow Color Blocks which must be navigated to reach the door at the bottom.
