Bloom Fairies[1] are small purple and white fairies that appear in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. A Bloom Fairy quickly flies away when clapped by Donkey Kong, leaving a trail of blooms. A Bloom Fairy disappears upon reaching the end of its path. Bloom Fairies have preset paths that may cover much ground and air or simply make a small design. Another Bloom Fairy may sometimes appear near the end of a previous one's path.
