I was formaly retired but after seeing how you losers have let it fall apart seince I had went on my hiatus/Retirement about 9 mounths ago so I'm back for now. First go to the Shine Gate pool(The small pound behined the gate) hop into the water and go to the small water fall gate then press B(You Might have to try acouple times) then you'll be under water but well be walking on the bottom of the pool you can also use FLUDD and well have the life bar you have on land. P.S. If you don't go too the pool floor you'll drop into the sewer.

Now you can see a alcove filled with water jump as high as you can on the cord then put the Hover Nozzel on and fly towards the cove hold up on the control stick untill you are just floating in midair then let go. You should fall through the hill in to a blue or black room however if you do not keep jumping you well die.
