The Snake Blocks are the main source of footing in the stage aside from other floating platforms; they sometimes overlap with each other, and other times they follow their own separate path. After avoiding a series of [[Foo]]s and [[Goombrat]]s, the Snake Blocks bring the player to the [[Goal Pole]].
