Weighty Waddlewings, or Frosted Glacier-4, is the fourth course of Frosted Glacier in New Super Luigi U. It is unlocked by completing Fire and Ice and its own completion unlocks Peek-a-Boo Ghost House.
Layout[edit]
Luigi starts the level in a snowy area with two ? Blocks and a Brick Block, followed by a Scale Lift. Two Banzai Bills are fired from the right side of the screen, and a Waddlewing is then found on a platform. Another Scale Lift is then found, along with a few gliding Waddlewings and a Banzai Bill Cannon. A group of three Waddlewings are then found, and one of them holds a Super Acorn. Another Banzai Bill is also found above them. More Scale Lifts and Waddlewings are then found, along with a platform with a Banzai Bill below it. One more Scale Lift is then found, followed by three Banzai Bill Cannons. Luigi then arrives at the Goal Pole.
Star Coins[edit]
- Star Coin 1: The first Star Coin is found below a Scale Lift. Luigi must ride the Scale Lift down on the right to collect the Star Coin before the Scale Lift collapses.
- Star Coin 2: The second Star Coin is found above a Scale Lift. Luigi can reach it by lifting one of the Scale Lift's sides up, then using the higher Scale and jumping up to it, or Luigi can bounce off of a Waddlewing, or Luigi can use the Flying Squirrel Suit to reach it.
- Star Coin 3: The last Star Coin is found below two platforms. Luigi must jump down the pit and bounce off of the Waddlewing in the pit and then wall kick back out of the pit to safety.
