A Slow Shroom is an Mushroom found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. A Slow Shroom heals two HP every turn for ten turns. Slow Shrooms are sold at the Deepdown Depot for fifteen Coins.
If Zess T. cooks a Slow Shroom with a Point Swap, she'll end up making a Poison Mushroom.
