Star Catchers is a battle minigame in Mario Party DS.
Gameplay[edit]
Stars appear in the sky; when one does, the player, using the , must touch it. Any player who touches the most stars within 30 seconds wins the game. The first player is represented by blue, the second by red, the third by green, and the fourth by yellow.
During the ending cutscene, the winning player(s) celebrate(s) while their rival(s) perform(s) their losing animations. If everyone has the same score, they all celebrate.

- Rules – "Be the first to tap each new star as it appears in the sky. Whoever scores more stars is the winner."
- Tips "Stars will appear one after another in the night sky. When you see one flash into place, be the first one to claim it!"
