Hanger Management is a 2 vs. 2 and duel minigame in Mario Party DS. The name is a pun on "anger management". Despite not being a 4-player minigame, this minigame appears on Score Scuffle as the second to last minigame, making it appear in a 4-player format only in this mode.
The players hang on hangers and have to move them along a wire to the end while avoiding various objects (they are marked with an '!' icon). If the players hit an object, they will slow down. The player can go faster by balancing the weight of the hanger. The first player or team to get to the finish line wins, and if both players or teams reach the finish line at the same time or if five minutes pass, the minigame is considered a tie. In Score Scuffle, the minigame ends once all players finish.
If both players or teams break the current record by tying, it counts as a new record even though no one won, as it will say "Tie" after the "New Record" fanfare.
This minigame is not in the Simple Set.

- Score Scuffle: "Balance your weight on the wire hanger as you zing through a clothesline course. You'll earn points the faster you get to the finish."
- Tips – "You should stay in the middle to move the fastest. But shift position quickly when you see an "!" to avoid a collision."
