Boo Tag is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party DS. In it, the player must avoid the competitors with the Boo.

Gameplay[edit]

To play, a Boo appears and possesses a player. The first Boo that appears will tag a random player. That player must then try to touch the other players, passing the Boo on to them. When the timer has ten seconds left, another Boo will appear and tag a different player, increasing the difficulty of the game. The other players should try to avoid the player with a Boo by running around the field and hiding behind the golden bars, coins, jewels, gems, sword, and other items. However, the players with the Boos can phase through the obstacles, making it harder for other players to avoid them. At the end, the player(s) with the least amount of time being possessed by the Boos win(s).

Ending[edit]

At the end of this minigame, the players are near the front of the treasure chest, with the winner(s) performing their winning animation(s).
