North Wind is one of Jimmy T's microgames played during the Jimmy Coaster stage in WarioWare: Snapped!

Gameplay

Before the microgame begins, the player is required to make use of the Nintendo DSi camera and line up their head with the picture in the center of the screen.

The microgame takes place at a mountain range, with a man wearing a poncho-like cloak. The player must get close to the camera and blow into the system's in order to create a strong gust of wind in front of the man, as his cloak starts to get loose. Once the cloak is blown off, flying into the sun, the player wins the microgame.

After the five microgames of the Jimmy Coaster have been cleared, a slideshow comic made out of of candid pictures of the player during gameplay of each microgame can be viewed, re-contextualized for the comic's story. The photo for North Wind gets a specific scenario depending on which panel of the comic it's shown as, determined by the order the microgame was played in:

• The Big Job: Fourth panel. A zoom-in for dramatic effect on the player's character, applying for a job to a mob boss, as they claim they will even take out their own flesh and blood.
• The Boss's Secret: Fourth panel. A zoom-in on the player's character, the boss's wife, for dramatic effect, as they claim they got a call from "Cookie" ("Jenny" in the British English version) last night.
• Yoo-hoo! It's Katie! (EU: Yoo-hoo! It's Katrine!): Third panel. The player's character, Katie (Katrine in the British English version), bumps into a passersby as she hurries to school.
• Head over Heels for Harvey: Second panel. The player's character, a lovestruck girl, goes in to deliver a big kiss on Harvey's cheek.
• Billy and the Love Beans: Fourth panel. The player's character, Billy, immediately eats the love beans offered by the merchant.
• Jack and the Beans' Attack: Third panel. The player's character, enlarged by the magic beans, visits a now terrified Jack.
• Ninja School: Fourth panel. The player gets struck in the face by Kat's shuriken.
• Group Photo: Fifth panel. Wario looks annoyed at the taken photo, which has become an extreme close-up shot of the player.

Naming

"North Wind" alludes to the fable of The North Wind and the Sun, in which the titular entities compete to make a traveler take off his cloak, to prove which one is strongest.
