Laser Patrols are enemies in Princess Peach: Showtime!, and are members of the Sour Thieves, a division of the Sour Bunch that appear prominently in the Dashing Thief plays. Much like the Hikō Patrols, they are small, spherical robots with a large propeller on their heads, but they also have a large, purple eye instead of arms. They appear in the infiltration scenes of The Perfect Infiltration and The Stolen Statue, as well as the escape scene in The Dark Prison & the Dangerous Trap, where they emit a purple spotlight from their eye. When they detect the presence of Dashing Thief Peach with their light, they emit a light blue laser beam towards her, taking away one health point. Dashing Thief Peach can take them down by swinging her hook in their back.
