DK Tires are a machine part used in the Super Duel Mode in Mario Party 5. They are unlocked for purchase after defeating Donkey Kong in the Hard Competition mode. Unlike every other tire, their Speed, Acceleration and Handling stats are randomized every battle. The DK Tires are made up of two large barrels with Donkey Kong's symbol. They form a set alongside the DK Body, DK Engine and DK Gun, all of which are used in Donkey Kong's "Banana Bot" machine during Battle Competitions.
Although the speed, acceleration, and handling statistics are usually randomized for the DK Tires and the DK Engine, they are always maxed out at the start of the match when used by CPU-controlled Donkey Kong in tournaments, though they lose significant momentum as time passes.
