“Everyday's a happy day with Happy Lucky Lottery!”
Lucky, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Lucky is a brown Bulky Bob-omb that can be seen near a sign on the west side of Rogueport in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is the only known friendly Bulky Bob-omb in the game. Lucky has set up the Happy Lucky Lottery chance game where Mario can purchase a Lottery Pick for ten coins to win prizes if the ticket's number matches up with winning number posted on the board. It's completely optional but Mario can win free items every day if he is lucky. If the player would like to switch tickets, he may for 100 Coins.

Lucky also gets angry if Mario resets the Nintendo GameCube's or Wii's clock settings, which causes him to have to reset the lottery. If Mario admits that he changed the GameCube's clock settings, Lucky will get very angry, causing the screen to black out. The player will be fined 500 coins in order to purchase a new ticket. If Mario says he doesn't know, Lucky will let it go, but the next real day, if Mario passes by, Lucky knows from the Doogan nearby that Mario lied, but Lucky sees Mario is disappointed at himself, so Lucky gives Mario the warning and fines him 500 coins to continue the lottery. If Mario will change clock settings 2 times in a row, he will be warned again. If he'll do it third time, there will be Game Over. There's a rumor that if you change the clock settings five times, all of "Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door" game data will be deleted.
