General White

General White is an old Bob-omb general that helped create the cannon to The Moon at Fahr Outpost in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is necessary to complete the player's adventure since the player must get him to fire the cannon. He is elusive, and twice sends Mario and friends on a wild goose chase across the map looking for him. The first time is when Mario must get the cannon back on-line and the second time is when Goldbob sends Mario and friends to deliver a package to him.
