Showdown
The beginning of Showdown
Appears in WarioWare: Get It Together!
Command(s) Defeat!
Info "Huh? That big guy from earlier is back?! Showdown, eh? Great! My moustache is tingling with an itch to fight! This will be different from anything else we’ve done so far… There’s no “I” in team but there is in Wario! So do it for I— I mean, me!" (First description)

"That lowlife didn't have any treasure! What a jerk, hopping in from another game just to get my hopes up! I guess we could challenge it to another Showdown, just for laughs... Our whole team against one giant Pyoro? If we won once, we'll win every time! Let's go! WA HA HA!" (Second description)

Showdown is the true final level in WarioWare: Get It Together!

Gameplay

Every character unlocked up until this level must work together to defeat the hidden boss. Each round, a character plays a unique stage in which they must defeat all of the eyes in the style of a microgame. After every character completes their respective rounds (determined at random), Wario takes on the final round in the style of a boss microgame. If any of the characters get defeated, or fails to complete their round before time is up, the game is over. When replaying the level, the game speeds up after every boss round, looping endlessly until the player loses. In co-op, both players play as the same character (except with Dribble & Spitz and Kat & Ana) with alterations for each stage.

  • Young Cricket: Cricket faces a two-legged creature with spikes on its feet and an eye in the center of its legs. He must run under the creature when one of its legs are raised to hit the eye. During the first playthrough, the creature only raises the leg on the same side as Cricket, but on faster speeds, it may raise either leg. In co-op, the creature may occasionally jump.
  • 18-Volt: 18-Volt must defeat four hovering eyes which occasionally protect themselves by closing their eyelids. In co-op, there are seven eyes and the 18-Volts are placed near the bottom corners.
  • Mona: Mona must defeat ten flying eyes that fly in two lines. In co-op, there is an additional eye which flies down the middle.
  • Dribble & Spitz: Dribble must defeat a two-eyed flying creature that spits spikes at him. The spikes can be destroyed by Dribble's attacks. In co-op, the creature is double-faced and has five eyes in total.
  • Dr. Crygor: Crygor must navigate a maze with a few spikes to defeat an eye. In co-op, mazes are more complex with starting points for both players.
  • 9-Volt: 9-Volt must defeat four eyes that move on horizontal rails and occasionally stop at points on the rail. There are also bumps to prevent 9-Volt from skating far from the eyes. In co-op, there are five eyes and no bumps.
  • Mike: Mike must defeat ten flying eyes that fly in horizontal lines. In co-op, there is an additional eye which flies down the middle.
  • Kat & Ana: Kat must defeat four eyes moving on the ground by stomping on them or using her shuriken. In co-op, there are seven eyes.
  • Jimmy T: Jimmy faces a floating eye encased in a square with a weak side. He must break the weak side to expose the eye and defeat it. The square rotates 90° to either direction after its weak side is broken. In co-op, the weak side requires an additional hit.
  • Ashley: Ashley must defeat three eyes attached to a floating hexagonal shape. In co-op, the hexagonal shape has five eyes.
  • Orbulon: Orbulon faces an eye encased in a rectangle with a weak top. He must use his tractor beam to drop a spike ball on the rectangle to break the top and expose the eye and defeat it with another spike ball. In co-op, the top requires an additional spike ball to break.
  • 5-Volt: 5-Volt faces two eyes, each surrounded by a circular barrier. She must defeat the eyes by teleporting inside the circles. In co-op, there are three eyes.
  • Red: Red must drop bombs between the vines to defeat two eyes that move on horizontal rails. In co-op, there are three eyes.
  • Master Mantis: Same as Cricket's round, but the creature walks on the ceiling, requiring Mantis to defeat the creature upside-down. The creature exhibits the same movement patterns from Cricket's round.
  • Lulu: Lulu must defeat four eyes that move on horizontal rails and occasionally stop at points on the rail. One or two eyes are close to the ground, requiring use of her ground-pound attack. In co-op, there are five eyes.
  • Penny: Penny must defeat an eye holding a beaker above it by filling the beaker with water, crushing the eye. Penny starts on a platform which allows her to start at the right height. In co-op, there is no starting platform and the beaker requires more water.
  • Wario (boss): After every character completes their round, the boss will reveal itself as a giant Pyoro. Wario must defeat him by attacking his eyes five times. Pyoro can attack by spitting spikes, shooting out his tongue which ricochets off walls, or charging forward. Each of Pyoro's eyes must be hit twice, and the final eye is found on the end of Pyoro's tongue. In co-op, Pyoro spits spikes at a faster rate.
