The Psychic Save is a Defensive Power Shot that Clay and Ace can use in Mario Tennis: Power Tour. L4 ESP is required to obtain it. To obtain 4 ESP, the Island Open must be beaten to unlock the Instinct Drill, the only way of collecting ESP Points. Once activated, the user will send out a giant hand towards the ball, which will then return the ball from its current location. This save is a powered up version of the Hand-Power Save, and is able to reach further balls, as mentioned in the game's description.
