Earth Quake
An Earth Quake in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
The Thousand-Year Door description Attacks all ground-bound enemies.

An Earth Quake is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In battle, the item causes the ground to shake, dealing five damage to all ground and ceiling enemies. It does not have any effect on airborne enemies. Despite the name, it does not count as quake damage, and, as such, doesn't flip enemies that get flipped by POW blocks and Quake Hammer. Zess T. can make an Earth Quake with a Point Swap and Thunder Bolt.
