Template:Levelbox World 4-5 is the sixth course of World 4 in Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition. It is an underwater level with enemies consisting of Bloopers, Cheep Cheeps, Big Cheep Cheep, and Blooper Nanny & Babies.
Layout
This level starts with three enemy waves, after which the player will reach a branching path with a sign on the left and a blue Warp Pipe on the right. The left path requires the player to clear more Dark Orbs than other Orbs, and the blue Warp Pipe on the right requires more Water Orbs to be cleared.
Taking the path on the left, the player will encounter four enemy waves before the boss fight consisting of Blooper Nanny & Babies.
Taking the blue Warp Pipe down, the player will be in an underground sewer area and encounter an enemy wave, then come across a ? Block. The player then takes a red Warp Pipe back to the main path and face the penultimate enemy wave before the boss fight at the end.
The player has all Orb types on the Orb field for this course.
