[[Goomba]]s and [[Koopa Troopa]]s are shown riding a vehicle, stealing [[Donkey Kong]]'s [[Banana Hoard]]. Soon, Donkey Kong emerges from the jungle, and roars in anger. He and [[Diddy Kong]] jump off, into the Jungle in pursuit of their stolen hoard. The stage itself consists of many [[barrel]]s and [[platform]]s. Native enemies include Koopas, [[Hammer Bro]]s., [[Bullet Bill]]s. Once going through the jungle, they encounter [[Bowser]]. When he tries to use a [[Dark Cannon]] to shoot Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong uses [[Giant Punch]] to knock Diddy out of the way, instead getting shot himself. The jungle area has a door to the portal to fight [[Tabuu]], after it merged into [[The Great Maze]].
