Brown Yoshi starts this level in a hill, with stairs leading to the lake. Here, he encounters a Koopa Paratroopa bouncing along the stairs. In the lake, a Cheep-Cheep can be found trying to hit the Yoshi by jumping out of the water. A small, secret room is in the left, which can be accessed if Yoshi Ground Pounds the water, thus passing underneath a wall. Before the actual secret room, there are 3 Coins, one of which is a Red Coin. In the secret room, there is a Green Shell and a Tulip. Yoshi can spit the shell at the tulip, causing it to spit out Stars. By Going to the right in the beggining of the level, Yoshi will find a plain with 2 Koopas, 1 Paratroopa, and a pipe, which spawns Yellow Shy Guys. Yoshi can use these Shy Guys to produce eggs, in order to hit the ? Clouds and make a large bridge appear over the lake. Shortly after, Yoshi will find a plain, where a Flower surounded by blocks can be found. Yoshi can use a shell to destroy the blocks, thus being able to collect the flower. The part ahead is composed mainly by plains with enemies, and an invisible ? Cloud underneath one of the plains. Some plains also contains trampolines, which can be used to collect Red Coins and a Flower in this area. Here, a Fly Guy with a Red Coin can be found. Atop a huge plain around here, there's a cabin with the minigame Popping Balloons. The key to unlock it is inside a crate in the very right. One of the routes in the wall will take Yoshi to a cavern area, accessed by a door. There are Egg Plants spitting Needlenoses here. A Flower must be collected near one of this Egg Plants by hitting it with an egg. Dodging the Cheep Cheeps and Woozy Guys, Yoshi enters an area with Clawdaddies, with one of them guarding a flower. He must climb a wall, with a Clawdaddy guarding a door. This door leads to the outside of the cave. There's another secret area in the right; To access it, Yoshi must float in the water surface, then swim to a door. This secret area contains circular platforms with two arrows in it, going up and down. Yoshi must swallow it, and spit near Spikes, eventually reaching the higher area, which contains coins. If Yoshi hits it with a egg, it floats from side to side. Yoshi must do this to across spikes. Outside this cave, Yoshi finds the last flower, in a maze-like plain. The only way to reach the flower is by hitting a ? Cloud, thus making a bridge appear. Tap-Taps and a Wild Ptooie Piranha make an appearance here. Near the goal, Yoshi finds Stilt Guys blocking the way.
The player starts out next to an area with some stairs that lead down, at the bottom if the player Ground Pounds underwater and goes to the left they will find a Koopa Shell and a tulip, which will give out some Stars, when the Shell is thrown inside. On the right is a large amount of enemies and some Winged Clouds that create a bridge over the water. The player will then have to cross various platforms that are floating above the water, if the player goes to the very right of this section and drops down, they will find a crate that has a key inside of it. The key can be used to play Popping Balloons, the door to this minigame is located at the top of the section. The player must then go through a door, that is also on the right of the section to progress.

This section has some Woozy Guys and some Clawdaddies. If the player goes to the right of the section, they will go into a room with a spinning wheel, that can be used to navigate some spikes and get some Red Coins. Overview[edit]

The next area is inside a cave, and is right next to the Middle Ring, before some sections with some platforms above water, that lead to a door. This leads to a small room that only has a Flopsy Fish and another door, which leads back inside the previous room, but past a wall. This section has some Woozy Guys and some Clawdaddies. If the player goes to the right of the section, they will go into a room with a spinning wheel, that can be used to navigate some spikes and get some Red Coins. Going up will lead to a door and the next area. The next area is outside and has various enemies and at the end of it is the Goal Ring.
