Poison Canal Cannon Run is the sixteenth course of Episode 3 of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and its Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS ports of the same name.

Layout[edit]

The level takes place in a poisonous swamp area. Toadette begins the level on a platform with a Clear Pipe Cannon that leads to a Touchstone found above the poison. A Double Cherry can be found on the Touchstone. The player is then taken to another Touchstone with a few Clear Pipe Cannons and a line of Fuzzies around it. Taking the first Clear Pipe Cannon leads to a third Touchstone, which is used to collect a second Double Cherry. After a few more Clear Pipe Cannons, the player reaches another Touchstone with a line of Fuzzies in its path. A final Touchstone is encountered, followed by the last Clear Pipe Cannon. The player lands in the center of a circle of Fuzzies, right in front of the Power Star.

Super Gems[edit]

Three Super Gems can be found throughout the level.

  • Super Gem 1: Unveiled after the two P Panels are hit.
  • Super Gem 2: Housed in the alcove in the north-eastern corner of the stage. The Touchstone must be moved in order for it to be collected.
  • Super Gem 3: Collected after activating the three-character Multi-Vator (two-character Multi-Vator in the 3DS version) near the end of the level.

Enemies[edit]

Pixel Toad[edit]

After moving through the first two Clear Pipe Cannons, the Pixel Toad can be found on the wall in the far right corner, and can be revealed by moving the nearby Touchstone there.

Luigi sighting[edit]

Tapping the left Wingo poster near the final Touchstone reveals an 8-bit Luigi.
