"Battle Course"[1] is a musical theme composed by Shinobu Nagata for Mario Kart DS, where it plays in all Battle courses: Nintendo DS, Twilight House, Palm Shore, Tart Top, Block Fort, and Pipe Plaza.

Mario Kart DS marks the first appearance of "Battle Course".

Mario Kart Wii[edit]

In Mario Kart Wii, an arrangement of "Battle Course" plays in DS Twilight House. This arrangement uses higher quality samples, but it is otherwise near identical to the original.

Mario Kart 7[edit]

In Mario Kart 7, the Mario Kart Wii version of "Battle Course" plays in DS Palm Shore. It is likewise titled "DS Palm Shore" in the Nintendo Music app.

Mario Kart World[edit]
