Decision Boy

Decision Boy is one of the prizes in Game & Wario. The prize features a puppet on the TV screen, known as Decision Boy, and displays a microphone on the GamePad. The player can ask a question into the GamePad microphone, at which point Decision Boy will either shout "YES" or "NO" in response to the question.
