|This nighttime overworld level (which is snowy in All-Stars) mostly has Piranha Plants and Green Paratroopas. There's a warp pipe that leads to a staircase made of blocks with coins. There's also two Poison Mushrooms on this stage so Mario and Luigi need to watch out.

|This stage mostly contains bridges and mushrooms-like platforms. There are dangers from above and below with jumping Cheep Cheeps, Bloopers, and off-screen Bullet Bills. This stage has only one ? Block and no Brick Blocks or Warp Pipes.

|This stage is very similar to World 7-3, featuring wind, treetop-like platforms spaced extremely far apart, and green springs that are necessary to clear the gaps. Unlike World 7-3, this level also features Lakitu (with Spinies) in the first half of the level, who can make correctly landing on the green springs very hazardous combined with the wind. As with 6-3 from the first game as well as 7-3 earlier on, the level in the Famicom version was completely monochrome aside from the springs, enemies, and Mario and Luigi themselves.
|The third level of World C is similar to World 7-3, with scattered platforms and wind, but also includes Lakitu.

|This level is nearly identical to World 7-4, except that one more Fire Bar has been added to the high narrow corridor at the beginning, and three blocks have been added next to the two sets of clockwise-moving Fire Bars at the end. In All-Stars, the Koopa Troopas and Buzzy Beetles also move at a faster speed. The blocks serve to make it extremely difficult for Mario or Luigi to get past them unscathed, as it is no longer possible to hide in the corners of their locations; the second area in particular is believed by many to be impossible, though it is in fact possible with precise timing and a running start from the right spot (the hidden Mushroom in the level can also be used to help). The fireball-spitting Bowser Impostor is really a Buzzy Beetle in the original FCD version; in All-Stars, it is a Bullet Bill who throws hammers.
|The final level of World C is similar to World 7-4, but with additional Fire Bars.
