World B is the third secret world and the eleventh world overall that in Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. If the player completes this world, they will gain access to World C.

Level Preview Summary
World B-1 SMAS LL World B-1 Title Card.png This is an overworld level with a few pits, a Super Spring and a Coin Heaven.
World B-2 SMAS LL World B-2 Title Card.png An underwater level which has several features including a long Fire Bar near the end.
World B-3 SMAS LL World B-3 Title Card.png This level has very long pits which require the use of several platforms to be cleared.
World B-4 Preview for most castles from the Super Mario All-Stars versions of Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. A simplistic castle level with few obstacles and Warp Pipes that lead back to the beginning.
