Stage 1 is the first extra stage of DK: Jungle Climber. It is unlocked after completing the main game, after ten Banana Coins have been collected.

Like various other extra stages, this stage combines elements from notable previous levels. The platforms used in this level are reminiscent to those of the Toybox stages, while the corn patches Donkey Kong swings from are taken from the Veggie Patch. There are a few small arrow signs along the way, pointing DK upward. The background is a space setting.
Donkey Kong starts with a narrow jump out of a small cache, then jumping in and out of three lined up platforms. The next section has him swinging from very small pegs back and forth until he reaches the top. Collecting the DK Coin here completes the level.
