The title of this article is conjectural; an official name for the article's subject has not been found, so it has been given a fitting title by the editors. If an official name is found, then the article should be moved to its appropriate title.
Krossbones are zombified skeletal Kritters found in Donkey Kong 64.
Krossbones are semi-common enemies found in Creepy Castle and Fungi Forest at night. Unlike normal Kritters who attack by biting and punching, Krossbones attack by swinging a bone club that seems to be a part of their body. Krossbones can be defeated by simply pummeling them, interestingly whenever a Krossbones is hit with an attack one of their body parts fall off. Krossbones also appear in several of the later Battle Arena Pads in Donkey Kong 64.
