Plot synopsis[edit]

Andrew Trego flies out of Izzy's warp pipe and introduces himself. He is about to introduce Izzy, but notices his absense. When checking the pipe, Frizzy appears. Frizzy says Izzy was sick with "Piranhapox", so Andrew grabs Frizzy out of the pipe and puts them over his hand. Frizzy's mouth grabs the Phone-tendo and Andrew calls Reggie Fils-Aimé to tell him to call the doctor, but since Izzy's a plant, he corrects himself and tells Reggie to call the gardener. Reggie decides to call Terry instead, who immediately arrives at the Casa de Nintendo. Andrew asks how he gets here so fast, to which Terry responds with practice. Terry says the last time he was here, they did a Pokémon-themed top 5, and this time, they will talk about two new Pokémon games: Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. Terry hits the ? Block to reveal the subject of the "Terry and Frizzy's Top 5" segment to be the top 5 things to do in the Alola region. Frizzy asks what the Alola region is. After Terry explains the region, Andrew says they are ready, as he and Frizzy have sunglasses and sunscreen on, and a large beach ball.

For number 5, Frizzy is about to say the number as lights flash above them. Andrew interrupts Frizzy, stating he needs class. Andrew places a hat and monocle on Frizzy, who says "numeral fifth". The pick chosen is Pokéride. Terry states Pokéride is common as Pokémon and humans are closely bounded in the region's culture. Frizzy and Andrew know what this looks like, as they are talking in unison.

For number 4, Frizzy tells a story to a San-ei Co., Ltd. Bowser plush and a Super Star plush underneath a flashlight about a creature deep in the woods, which is revealed to be a number 4. The flashlight moves to reveal the monstrous 4 above them, which scares Andrew. Terry reassures Andrew that the pick is not scary, causing Andrew to wipe his forehead with a disgusted Frizzy. The pick is regional variant Pokémon. After Terry's explanation, Frizzy says since they are a sock puppet, in the Alola region, they would be a shoe type, which Terry thinks is correct. Andrew picks chewed gum off of Frizzy and gives some to Terry.

For number 3, Frizzy can not find Andrew and says it is up to them to introduce the number 3, which is the Island Challenge. Andrew at first thinks he knows what he is talking about, but asks for an explanation, stating he is asking for Frizzy. After the explanation, Andrew tells Frizzy that Destiny calls, right before getting a call on his phone from his mother. Andrew tells Terry that Destiny was not calling despite his ringtone telling otherwise. Andrew's mother asks Andrew how big her toenails are. During this, Terry gestures to the viewer.

For number 2, Frizzy tells a story to Andrew, who has been sleeping, on how it was not their fault they smell like feet. Frizzy asks Andrew if he is listening, which he is not, so Frizzy decides to move on to the next pick, which Terry is excited for. Andrew is also excited, as he believes it is cake, but Terry tells Andrew that it is something better. Legendary Pokémon. After the explanation, Andrew mocks Terry as he eats chocolate cake, with Frizzy holding the fork.

For number 1, Frizzy can not decide whether he wants Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon. Andrew states it will be awhile so he decides to move on to the number 1 pick, which is the Starter Pokémon. Frizzy knows what type of Pokémon they would choose, but they will not tell anyone as "it won't come true", to which Andrew says he does not think that is how it works.

With the ranking concluded, Andrew asks the viewer what their top 5 would be by commenting. Terry and Frizzy then call for Reggie, with Andrew interrupting Frizzy by placing his hand over their mouth, as Terry was supposed to say it. After the review, Andrew crumples up the script and gives it to Terry, who tosses it to Frizzy. The script lands inside of the pipe, prompting Frizzy to pick it up and throw it to Andrew, interrupting him. Andrew and Terry encourage the viewer to visit the Play Nintendo website. The dance party then commences, with Frizzy being the D.J. and Andrew and Terry have backwards caps on.

Meanwhile, on a beach somewhere, Izzy is relaxing, revealing he faked his case of Piranhapox. Andrew then reads comments from the previous episode to Izzy.
