The unnamed sister of chief Geronimo Yoshi is one of Yoshi's ancestor from the Far West Era (1850), sister to the chief of the Native American Yoshis, who appears in the "Time Traveler" storyline of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. She identical in appereance to Yoppī, Genshi Yoshi's sister from the Jurassic Era, with a braided black ponytail, a feathered Native American headband in place of the ribbon, and related trikets.

Just as Geronimo Yoshi is about to Princess Peach and the Sheriff for intruding into their territory, the chief and his sister recognize the names of Luigi when Peach mentions him. Upon checking Genshi Yoshi's statue, they recognize Peach as one of the heroes who assisted their prehistoric ancestor during the Jurassic Era, and release her and the Sheriff. They then join forces with Peach and Luigi to attacking together Bowser's ranch and freeing the region from Bowser's criminal reign, bring back peace and prosperity to their territory.
