Egg Wario is a useless, unnamed reaction only appearing during the giant snake boss fight in Wario Land II. When eaten by the snake, Wario will be turned into a purple egg that automatically flies out of the arena, forcing him to fight the boss again.
Ball is a similar boss-exclusive reaction, though it can actually be recovered from and controlled.
