The Truffle Towers appears in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. This is where the Music Keys are being hold. The music keys keep the Mushroom Kingdom safe from any harm. Anyone who has the music keys have the ability to do anything.
When Waluigi releases the music keys, he gets one of them and wishes to be the best dancer. Mario and Toad come to Truffle Towers to stop Waluigi, but the door is locked. Once Mario and Toad find the key, they open the door and challenge Waluigi to a dance-off. After that, the Truffle Towers isn't seen until the ending.
