Spiky Tom.
Spiky Tom is one of Bowser's Koopatrols guarding Peach's Castle during the events of Paper Mario. Spiky Tom and his two friends (Mr. Hammer and a Koopatrol called Spiky John) were going to have a quiz show; however they needed one more person. Princess Peach showed up and they all decided to let her play. Immediately after the quiz ends, Spiky John leaves the room.
Bowser then comes in the room wanting to join the quiz; however when Mr. Hammer and Spiky Tom tell him that the quiz is over, he gets angry. Bowser spots Peach and tells Spiky Tom and Mr. Hammer to toss Peach back in her room. Spiky Tom does so, and is never heard from again - and neither is Spiky John.
