Bullet Candy.
The Bullet Candy is a blue Candy in Mario Party 8. This item has a picture of a Bullet Bill on the wrapper, and when characters use it, they transform into a Bullet Bill. A Bullet Bill; and their torso becomes the back part of a rocket. They roll three Dice Blocks and steal 1 Star from any opponents they run into. This candy is only hidden in Bowser's Warped Orbit, and is worth 15 or 20 coins, if bought at the store but can sometimes cost only 10 coins. On Battle Royale Mode, when all three opponents are within the player's range upon using the Bullet, the player will receive three stars total, stealing one star from each of them.
