The "Pokémon Main Theme" is a song that plays on the title screen of Pokémon Red and Green Versions, the updated re-release Pokémon Blue Version, their American releases Pokémon Red and Blue Versions, and the special Pokémon Yellow Version. It is a commonly recurring theme throughout the Pokémon series of games and anime.
An orchestrated arrangement of the song is featured in Super Smash Bros. Melee, and the arrangement returns in all subsequent Super Smash Bros. games except Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. This specific arrangement was later included as a playable song in the European version of Donkey Konga 2. The song plays only once and does not loop.
