Star Coin Sign

A Star Coin Sign is a wooden sign that gets sucked into the ground after a player pays 5 Star Coins in New Super Mario Bros. It usually opens access to a Toad House, or an alternate level (with a letter instead of a number at the end). Players can save after opening one.
