Mario Kart Slot Machine from Maygay.
The Mario Kart 64 slot machine

Mario Kart 64 is an uncommon slot machine game, licensed by Nintendo and developed by slot machine maker Maygay, and released in 1996.[1] It is exclusive to Europe and runs on Maygay's Epoch technology. It is the second officially licensed slot machine from the Mario and Mario Kart series, as well as the fourth installment of the Mario Kart series overall. The machine art is based on various key arts from Mario Kart 64, and contains several sounds and music from the game.

The objective of the game is to race around the track to get the Super Jackpot bonus in the track's center, using powerups along the way and collecting cash from the reels, the three central prize trails, or the six character-based special features. Mario, Yoshi, and Donkey Kong are the key racers.
