Fire Mountain is the third world of the Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its Nintendo Switch remake. The Fire Mountain is filled with lava, Ninjis, and Fire Shy Guys.

The bonus level of Fire Mountain

Exclusively in the Nintendo Switch version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a bonus level that appears after completing all the levels in this world. The layout features several rows of sand blocks that the player can climb on to reach some 1-Up Mushrooms and the chest. There are springs and ropes present to help the player climb upwards if too many sand blocks crumble. To complete this level, the player must catch the flying key while jumping upwards through several sand blocks to reach the chest.
