Knot-Wing the Koopa appears as the World 2 third boss (second Midway) in Yoshi's Wooly World. He also appears in World 4 and in World 6. He uses Ground Pound to damage Yoshi. Yoshi can defeat him by touching him with his tongue at the right time when the Knot-Wing is on the ground, while performing his Ground Pound. After touching him with Yoshi's tongue, Knot-Wing turns over on his back, having the big plaster at the center of his body, which allows Yoshi to do the Ground Pound. He uses his Koopa Shell as an attack.
Trivia
- Knot-Wing the Koopa, along with Corporal Paraplonk, are the only Koopa Paratroopas that can spin on the ground with their shells.
- He is also the only Koopa Paratroopa that can regain his wings after losing them.
