Chatty Mr. Spell Book is a character in WarioWare: Smooth Moves, in The Loquacious Spell Book, Ashley's stage. He is an old-looking, brown, living spell book with a skull on his cover.
In Ashley's story, Ashley tries a spell on a flower sprout in an attempt to turn it into a carnivorous plant, but the effect just causes a simple white flower to blossom from it, to the disappointment of Ashley, so Chatty Mr. Spell Book appears to help her. During the stage, he acts as the microgame counter.
