World 7-3 consists of small platforms with Super Springs placed on several of them. Wind will also be blowing throughout the level, making landings difficult. The third Super Spring has a Koopa Paratroopa above it that the player needs to avoid as they time their jump. After the fourth Super Spring are a group of platforms and pipes with Piranha Plants. Halfway through the level, after the fifth Super Spring, is a ? Block with a power-up. After the sixth Super Spring is a scale lift, and after the seventh Super Spring are small platforms with Fire Bars and a Koopa Paratroopa between them before the Goal Pole.
