Super Mario Bros. 3: Reptiles in the Rose Garden is an Australasian DVD release of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3. It contains three episodes; the titular "Reptiles in the Rose Garden", as well as "Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas" and "The Beauty of Kootie". It was released by Roadshow Entertainment in 1993.[1] The cover art features a screenshot of the giant Kooky, Cheatsy, and Big Mouth looking at King Koopa.

Episodes[edit]

  • REPTILES IN THE ROSE GARDEN: King Koopa's daughter Kootie Pie Kootie demands Real World America for her 16th Birthday present. After imprisoning the Mario Brothers, the Princess, and Toad in his dungeon, the King time warps the White House (with the President and his wife inside) back to Darkland[sic] and installs Kootie as Empress of America. The Mario Brothers must escape and stop Kootie ruining America.
  • SNEAKING, LYING, CHEATING, GIANT NINJA KOOPAS[sic]: Using a Magic Wand[,] King Koopa turns Cheatsy, Bigmouth[sic], Bully[,] and Kooky into giant Ninja Koopas so they can capture Prince Hugo the Huge of Giant Land and turn him into a miniature poodle. But Mario saves the day when he switches the Magic Wands and gets himself turned into a Giant Ninja Mario!
  • THE BEAUTY OF KOOTIE: King Koopa is siphoning off all the oil from Desertland[sic] to power his doomship! But when his Koopalings mess up and cross the oil pipes with the water pipes, things really get sticky. Desperate, the Sultan calls for the Mario Brothers. But Kootie Koopa turns herself into a human beauty (with a tail) to distract them. The tables are turned, however, when Luigi becomes a reptilian 'Kassanova Koopa' and tricks Kootie.

Errors[edit]

  • "Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas" is incorrectly referred to as "Sneaking, Lying, Cheating, Giant Ninja Koopas" on the reverse side of the cover.
