Super Mario Bros. 3: Der Wahlkampf is a German DVD release of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3. It contains six episodes and was released by Disky Communications. The cover art uses a flipped version of the cover art of the VHS/DVD Super Mario Bros.: King Koopa Katastrophe, but with a different background. Despite the DVD's title, the DVD does not contain the episode "Princess Toadstool for President." The DVD was also released under the title Super Mario Bros. 3: Super Ninja Mario.

Mario in Paris Kooky Von Koopa entwickelt ein Zauberamulett, das König Koopa die Macht verleiht, zu Super Koopa zu werden! Es funktioniert jedoch nur in der wirklichen Welt, also locken die Koopas Mario und Luigi durch eine Warpröhre nach Paris. Mit seinen neuen Superkräften erobert König Koopa Paris im Sturm! Glücklicherweise schickt die Prinzessin eine Nachricht an Toad, der Superblätter, Feuerblumen und einen Karoobi-Schuh in die wirkliche Welt schickt. Als die Super Mario-Brüder kämpfen Mario und Luigi gegen Super Koopa, um Paris von der Koopa-Herrschaft zu befreien. Super Ninja Mario König Koopa verwandelt Cheatsy, Bigmouth[sic], Bully und Kooky mit einem Zauberstab in riesige Ninja-Koopas, sodass sie Prinz Hugo den Riesen aus dem Riesenland gefangen nehmen und ihn in einen Minipudel verwandeln können. Bei dem Versuch, den Prinzen zu schützen, werden Luigi, Prinzessin Toadstool und Toad gefangen genommen und in den königlichen Papageienkäfig gesperrt. Mario gelingt es zu fliehen, König Koopas Zauberstäbe zu vertauschen und sich in einen Riesen-Ninja-Mario zu verwandeln, der die Lage rettet und Prinz Hugo wieder zu seinem königlichen Selbst verhilft. Die neue Präsidentin Kootie Pie Kootie[sic] hasst all die üppigen Geschenke, die sie von ihrem Vater und ihren Geschwistern auf der Party zu ihrem 16. Geburtstag bekommt und verlangt das Amerika der wirklichen Welt als Geschenk. König Koopa sperrt die Mario Brüder, die Prinzessin und Toad in sein Verlies und fahrt auf seinem Schiff nach Amerika, um das Weiße Haus (mit dem Präsidenten und seiner Frau darin) in des Land der Dunkelheit zu warpen und Kootie als Herrscherin von Amerika einzusetzen. Während Kootie Pie Amerika mit ihren launischen neuen Regeln ruiniert, müssen die Mario Brüder aus Koopas Gefängnis entkommen, das Weiße Haus und den Präsidenten wieder an ihren richtigen Platz und Kootie Pie nach Hause bringen, wo sie der Zorn ihres erbosten Vatens erwartet. Vergnügte Reise Eine Familie von Menschen aus der wirklichen Welt kommen vom Urlaubspfad ab und finden sich in einer entlegenen Ecke das Pilz-Königreichs wieder. Das Gerücht, die Menschen seien böse Aliens aus dem Weltraum, verbreitet sich schnell durch das Land, und verursacht eine weit verbreitete Panik unter den Pilzleuten und dem Koopa-Clan. Die Meerjungfrau In einer Unterwasserschlacht mit König Koopa und seinem U-Boot landen die Brüder in Mertropolis, einem Unterwasserkönigreich, in dem sie auf Prinzessin Heilige Makrele, die hässliche, fischköpfige Meerjungfrau treffen, die sich sofort in Mario verliebt. Koopa und seine Truppen greifen die Stadt an, scheitern jedoch an einem starken Netz aus elektrischen Quallen, das durch unseren Klempnerhelden auf ihr U-Boot geworfen wird. Am Ende entrinnt Mario knapp einer Heirat mit der hässlichen Prinzessin. Koopa-Welt Koopa und seine Koopalings fallen in ihrem Schiff in der wirklichen Welt ein und versiegeln alle Warpröhren hinter sich, sodass die Mario-Brüder nicht eingreifen können! König Koopa gibt jedem Koopa-Kind einen Kontinent zu terrorisieren und sperrt Prinzessin Toadstool ein, die versehentlich vor der Abfahrt an Bord gesaugt wurde. Da es keinen mehr gibt, der sie aufhalten kann, terrorisieren die Koopas die Welt! Alles sieht hoffnungslos aus, bis es der Prinzessin gelingt, sich zu befreien, die Warpröhren zu öffnen und die Mario-Brüder durchzulassen und so Koopas bösen Plänen Einhalt zu gebieten.

Super Koopa Kooky Von Koopa develops a magic amulet that gives King Koopa the power to become Super Koopa! However, it only works in the real world, so the Koopas lure Mario and Luigi to Paris through a Warp Pipe. With his new superpowers, King Koopa conquers Paris by storm! Fortunately, the Princess sends a message to Toad, who sends Super Leaves, Fire Flowers, and a Karoobi Shoe into the real world. As the Super Mario brothers fight, Mario and Luigi battle Super Koopa to free Paris from Koopa's rule. Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas King Koopa transforms Cheatsy, Big Mouth, Bully and Kooky into giant Ninja Koopas with a Magic Wand, so they can capture Prince Hugo the Huge of Giant Land and turn him into a miniature poodle. In their attempt to protect the Prince, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad are captured and imprisoned in the Royal Parrot's cage. Mario manages to escape, switches King Koopa's wands, and gets himself turned into a Giant Ninja Mario, who saves the day and restores Prince Hugo to his royal self. Reptiles in the Rose Garden Kootie Pie Kootie hates all the elaborate presents she receives from her father and siblings at her 16th birthday party and demands the Real World America as a present. King Koopa locks up the Mario Bros., the Princess and Toad in his dungeon and speeds off to America in his ship to warp the White House (with the President and his wife inside) to Dark Land and install Kootie as ruler of America. While Kootie Pie ruins America with her capricious new rules, the Mario Brothers must escape Koopa's prison, return the White House and the President to their proper place, and take Kootie Pie home, where she awaits her irate father's wrath. Mush-Rumors A family of real world humans stray off their vacation path and find themselves in a remote corner of the Mushroom Kingdom. The rumor that the humans are evil aliens from outer space spreads quickly throughout the land, causing widespread panic for the Mushroom People and the Koopa Clan. Koopa launches an attack on the unfortunate family. Mario and his friends must sort out this confusion and safely get the humans back home. The Ugly Mermaid In an underwater battle with King Koopa and his submarine, the brothers end up in Mertropolis, an underwater kingdom where they meet orincess Holly Mackerel, the ugly, fish-headed mermaid who falls immediately for Mario. Koopa and his troops attack the city but are foiled by a strong net of electric jellyfish, hurled at their sub by our plumber hero. In the end, Mario narrowly escapes a marriage with the ugly princess. 7 Continents for 7 Koopas Koopa and his Koopalings invade the real world in their ship and seal all the Warp Pipes behind them, so the Mario brothers cannot interfere! King Koopa gives each Koopa Kid a continent to terrorize and imprisons Princess Toadstool, who was accidentally sucked on board before their departure. With no one left to stop them, the Koopas terrorize the world! Everything seems hopeless until the Princess manages to free herself, open the Warp Pipes, and let the Mario brothers through, putting a stop to Koopa's evil plans.
