Episodes[edit]

  • "Mind your mummy, Mario."[sic]
"Hip and Hop steal the golden mummy case of Prince Mushroomkhamen, a dead ringer for Mario, and awaken the wrath of Mommy Mummy Mushroomkhamen who tears up Desert Land in search of her kidnapped son. The Mario Brothers come to the aid of the terrified Desert Landers, but Queen Mushroomkhamen mistakes Mario for her son and drags him back to the tomb with her, and to make matters worse she mummifies Mario and puts him down to a 10,000 year long nap! Knowing that the only way our heroes can rescue Mario is to return the real prince to his mother, they sled and rescue the golden case. When the real Mario is exchanged for the Mummy Prince, Mario is set free, and the Mummy Mommy is pleased – especially at discovering the remarkable resemblance of Luigi to her beloved husband!"
  • "Misadventures in babysitting"
"The Mario Brothers are warped into a Brooklyn apartment and mistakenly appointed as babysitters for a rebellious and prank-playing brat, Junior. During a game of hide and seek, Junior sneaks into the Warp Zone entrance, lands in the Mushroom Kingdom, and befriends the Koopa kids, actually helping them trap Mario and Luigi in the belly of a heated volcano! Once the Koopa kids turn on Junior and throw him into the creepy Pipe World, the Mario Brothers escape and come to the scared-straight Junior's rescue. All is forgiven and together Mario, Luigi, and Junior plug up the exploding volcano and get Junior home to the Real World with a minute to spare before his parents walk in."
  • "Toaddally magical adventure"[sic]
"Toad is toadally infatuated with the Wizard King's new magic wand. Against the wizard's wishes he uses the wand to create giant pipe creatures that he hopes will keep King Koopa's army away. But Toad is unable to control the power of the wand and the pipe creatures turn against him and wreak havoc on the Kingdom. The Mario Brothers and the Wizard King must come to Toad's rescue, and Toad resolves to leave magic to the experts."
  • "Oh Brother"[sic]
"A grudging hostility is aroused between the Brothers when they are Kooped up in Toad's cottage due to a rain storm outside. Their tempers flare and the Brothers face off, vowing to de-brotherize themselves and go their separate ways, Luigi flees into the storm which is the work of King Koopa, who is flushing the gold coins out from the Underground Pipe World. Mario follows his brother and is snagged by Koopa and sucked into a Warp Zone. Koopa hopes Mario will fix a leaking drainage that he is using to filter all the gold coins through. Mario resists but Kooky Von Koopa uses his new device, the Lame-Brainer, to put Mario under his control. Luigi slips into his frog suit and must penetrate the Pipe World, fighting his way past vicious hordes of Cheep-Cheeps, Bloobers and Lava Lotuses, to save his helpless brother. In the end, brotherly love breaks the spell of the Lame-Brainer and the brothers are reunited."
  • "Princess Taodstool for President"[sic]
"Princess Toadstool is fed up with Koopa's antics and challenges him to try and win the Kingdom from her fair and square in a democratic election. Koopa gets goaded into accepting the dare but then panics, knowing very well that he could never battle the popular Princess with his nasty reputation. He takes a "nice guy" potion and transforms into a lovable humanitarian who harms the voters. Luckily, the Mario Brothers discover his secret weapon and journey to Darkland[sic] to stop Kooky Von Koopa from brewing another batch of the potion. They succeed and the Princess wins the election by a landslide, 6,436,212 to one!"
  • "Dadzilla"
"Kootie Pie and Bigmouth[sic] are convinced they are much too beautiful to be adopted! They set out to find their "real" father – no doubt a movie star – in Hollywood. Closely followed by the suspicious Mario Brothers, Princess, and Toad, the Koopalings discover and magically bring to life a handsome Godzilla-like robot named Madzilla, the long lost father of their dreams. After they convince "Dadzilla" that it's his parental duty to make them superstars he stops at no end to grant them their wishes, while at the same time destroying tinsel-town in the process! Luckily, the Mario Brothers save the day by constructing a makeshift Granny Madzilla robot that scares the Koopas, and relieves the overburdened Madzilla of his unwanted children."
