Fireplace Race is a Co-op minigame appearing in Super Mario Party.
Overview[edit]
In this minigame, the players are holding candles while in a dark room. The players must light all 30 of the candles in the dark room while evading Swoops that transport all players they catch back to the start. Occasionally, lightning flashes, briefly lighting up the room, allowing the players to see unlit candles as well as the Swoops. The minigame ends once time runs out (resulting in the lowest rank) or once all candles are lit.
On Challenge Road, this is the fourth challenge of Chestnut Forest and the 14th challenge overall. The goal is to finish in 25 seconds for the normal challenge and 20 seconds for the Master Challenge.
Rank requirements[edit]
In the French, Spanish, and Italian versions, the ranks go in order of A, B, and C.
